Elegant Little Mia

I can't quite put my finger on it, but there is something incredibly elegant and even glamourous about little Mia. It might be in her smooth new skin, the way she stretches her long limbs, or the way she looks so natural in every pose. 

Maybe it's the way she holds her hands gracefully to her face, or her thoughtful gaze...

...or the way she quietly steals the light from grand piano she's laid upon.

Even in the way she stretches those pretty little toes, just like mom.

You two have a beautiful baby girl.  Congratulations again, it was wonderful spending the morning with you!

Beach Boys

Beach, Babies, and little dimply Bottoms... is there anything cuter?

I had a great time photographing this family at the Holland State Park. These three little cuties were so much fun! Just another beautiful summer evening along Lake Michigan! :) I just love a beautiful sunset, wispy clouds, gentle waves, sand, toes, smiles, laughter...

Michelle : Senior : Urban

For the third and final posting of the Michelle senior series, we have the Urban session. She was awesome, up for any and all of my visions and whims :) She wasn't sure about climbing up into the alley doorways, and she wasn't a fan of getting dirty, but she trusted me, and we got some fabulous shots! I even got her sister Jenni in front of the camera!













How gorgeous are these two? Beautiful!

I swear, we ended up with one of the brightest and windiest days of the summer out on Lake Michigan. But despite her hair flying around in her face and the sun & sand in her eyes, Michelle still managed to look absolutely fabulous!
